We have completed over 50 projects over the last 20 years and the first sustainable construction project was the 968 Hotel in Lake Tahoe. Even though the project was mostly cosmetic, "Sierra" was a key component on figuring out all the dilemmas we faced as building angels and measurement never turned out to be accurate therefore always needing improvisations to keep the design flow.
